Aegis ERP · $75/mo module

Your whole crew, with the right access each.

Every employee gets their own login — no shared passwords — and you decide who prices work, who writes proposals, who submits bids, and who touches money. Decided by you, enforced by the server.

Separation of duties

Pricing is not submitting. Writing is not paying.

Permissions separate the jobs that should never be one person's accident: who prices the work, who submits the bid to the agency, who writes, who manages documents, and who spends company money.

  • The Estimator role can price a bid — and cannot submit it
  • The Administrator runs everything except spending company money
  • An owner always holds every permission — you can't lock yourself out of billing
Roles

Seven roles ready on day one. Or build your own.

Each ready-made role is a tunable starting point — re-permission any of them, or build custom roles from the 24-permission catalog. System roles can't be deleted, so the floor never falls out.

01

Owner

Every permission, unconditionally — a company can never lock itself out of its own billing.

02

Administrator

Runs everything except spending company money.

03

Proposal Manager

Owns the writing and the review cycle.

04

Estimator

Prices the work — but cannot submit the bid.

05

Finance

Billing, credits, and the money side.

06

Field Supervisor

The job site view, without the back office.

07

Viewer

Reads everything they should, touches nothing.

+

Custom roles

Tick exactly what each role allows across bids, pricing, opportunities, documents, financing, company, team, and billing.

Structure & safety

An org chart that can't hurt you.

Departments model how your company actually runs — Estimating, Field Operations, Accounting — with named leads and nested crews. And they deliberately never grant or deny access: that's what roles are for, so reorganizing people never silently changes what they can touch.

  • Suspend a person without removing them or losing their history
  • You can't suspend yourself or the last active owner
  • Invites carry a pre-assigned role, department, and job title — links expire in 7 days
  • The app sidebar hides sections a role can't use
The module deal

Added to any plan. Or on its own.

$75/mo*

On top of Base or Prime — or taken alone. Never touches your bid credits.

Cancel without losing your setup

Cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the period. Roles and departments stay intact and switch back on if you resume.

Network search included

The module carries Aegis Network directory access — search subcontractors and send outreach without a Base or Prime plan.

Works alongside every plan

Without the module, the team page still handles simple Owner and Member accounts. The module adds roles, departments, and suspension on top.

*Prices shown are list prices; charges include a 3.5% processing fee.

Questions

ERP FAQ

Is Aegis ERP a plan tier?

No — it’s a $75/month module added on top of any plan, or taken on its own. It never touches your bid credits, and you can cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the period.

What happens to my roles and departments if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. All roles and departments stay intact, and they switch back on if you resume the subscription.

Can I build my own roles?

Yes. Start from the seven ready-made roles — each one tunable — or build custom roles from a catalog of 24 permissions across 8 areas: bids and proposals, pricing, opportunities, documents, financing, company, team, and billing.

Do permissions actually block anything, or just hide buttons?

Every permission is enforced server-side on every API write. Hiding buttons in the interface is a courtesy — the server is the security boundary.

What does the team page do without the module?

On every plan you can invite and remove people as simple Owner or Member accounts. The module adds the role, department, and suspension layers on top — plus Aegis Network directory search.

Give everyone a login. Keep everything in line.
