Three contracts worth your week — found for you.
You don't dig through a feed. Aegis watches every open contract, scores each one against your real profile, and tells you which three deserve your attention — with the reasons in plain English.
0–100, weighted the way winning works.
Seven factors, weighted by how much they actually decide awards. Not keyword matching — a read of whether this contract fits your company.
- Eligibility is separate from score — a set-aside you don't hold marks the contract ineligible outright, it doesn't just score low
- Lapsed certifications are flagged as "renew this," not "go get this"
- Anything already in your bid pipeline is excluded from recommendations
Scored on evidence you can point to.
The two factors other tools fake — past performance and "good money" — are built from real records here.
Past performance from three sources
Bids you've won inside Aegis Work, past-performance write-ups in your Content Library, and your company's actual federal award history on USAspending.gov — looked up by your UEI. Track record you can prove, not a checkbox you ticked.
Pay measured against real awards
Each contract's budget is compared to the median of comparable past awards — what similar work actually paid — refreshed nightly. "Budget runs ahead of what similar work has paid" is a fact, not a vibe.
Reasons in plain English
Every recommendation says why, verbatim: "Set aside for a certification you hold." "You've delivered work under this NAICS before." "Within your bonding capacity." You can defend the pick in a Monday meeting.
Your top 3, delivered.
The same ranked picks land in every active teammate's inbox on the cadence you choose — weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Each contract arrives with its match score, agency, location, deadline, budget, and the top two reasons it fits.
- Never sends an empty email — no qualifying matches means it waits
- The bell agrees with the inbox: every digest has a matching in-app notification
- One-click unsubscribe that turns off only this digest
Nothing slips while you're on a job site.
Deadline reminders
Three days out and one day out, for every bid you're tracking — swept right after the overnight SAM.gov sync so the clock is always current.
New-match alerts
The moment newly ingested contracts match your saved filter, everyone at your company gets a notification. New contracts only — never re-pings on edits.
Recommended-for-you strip
Find Contracts opens with your top 3 best-fit open contracts, strongest match first — the digest and the app always agree.
Five toggles, instant save
New matches, recommended bids, deadline reminders, bid status updates, billing receipts — each switch saves the moment you flip it.
The more it knows, the sharper it matches.
Capability statements, past-performance write-ups, team resumes, and boilerplate — tagged by NAICS code and trade so the right material surfaces on the right bid, and every write-up sharpens your match scores.
Draft with AI
A first-pass capability statement written from what the product already knows about you — and it never pads the record with past performance you don't have. Nothing saves until you've reviewed it.
Sync from USAspending
Pull your own federal award history by UEI and import the awards you choose as past-performance items, grouped by NAICS — history SAM.gov's public API doesn't expose.
Intelligence FAQ
How is the match score calculated?
Every open contract is scored 0–100 against your real profile across seven weighted factors: certification and set-aside eligibility, NAICS fit, trade overlap, location and service area, past-performance record, bonding capacity, and whether the budget beats what similar work actually paid.
What if a contract is set aside for a certification I don’t hold?
Eligibility is kept separate from the score: a contract set aside for a certification you don’t hold is marked ineligible outright rather than just scoring low. And if a certification has lapsed, it’s flagged as “renew this” — not “go get this.”
Where does the past-performance evidence come from?
Three places: bids you’ve actually won in Aegis Work, past-performance write-ups in your Content Library, and your company’s real federal award history on USAspending.gov, looked up by your UEI. It’s evidence, not a self-assessment.
How often does the digest arrive?
On the cadence you pick — weekly by default, every two weeks, or monthly. It never sends an empty email: if nothing qualifies, it waits until something does. One click unsubscribes you from just this digest without touching deadline reminders or bid updates.
Can I control which notifications I get?
Yes — five per-company toggles: new contract matches, recommended bids, deadline reminders, bid status updates, and billing receipts. All are on by default and each saves instantly when you flip it.
